PhD Student Dóra Kocsis Wins the IPSZILON Award for Her Presentation on Cultural Diversity and Self-Justification

Dóra Kocsis participated as a speaker at the Conference of Young Researchers in Psychology and Educational Sciences (IX. IPSZILON Conference, November 30, 2024), organized by the Association of Hungarian PhD Candidates (DOSZ), Department of Psychological and Educational Sciences. The central theme of this year's conference was diversity in science.

In her presentation, she examined the manifestation of cultural diversity and self-justification in conflicts among Hungarian and American healthcare workers. The presentation paid special attention to the linguistic expressions of self-justification, as well as the cultural differences between the two countries during conflict resolution.

The presentation won the IPSZILON Award for the best presentation in its session, along with a publication opportunity in the journal IPSZIN.
